Different animation styles of the same thing

In 'Futurama' series six, the episode is split into 3 different animation styles, showcasing and presenting the episode as a homage to different techniques and animators.
The original animation style is very cartoony, similar to that of the shapes of the simpsons but with more detailed character models.

In the first part of the show the crew change into sprites styled much like Fleischer and Disney. Round eyes and dilated pupils showing cuteness.

In the second, low resolution sprites like that of late 80's, early 90's video games. This is a style that is made from pixels, which woul dbe a grid of squared then simply filled in.
The third and final style is that of anime from the late 60's and early 70's. Pointy shapes heightening a threat whilst girls have large dilated pupils, a direct difference.

These three styles are all very different, but still none of which is the style i would like to use in my own particular piece.
